Plot of land in Albert Street, Harrogate, containing 1160 sq yds bounded N by a back road, S by Albert Street, E by property formerly belonging to Richard Ellis but now by Thomas Fleming Clayton, W by property late of Rebecca Pickard but now by Mrs Thackwray, and the building formerly called Peoples Hotel then Clarence Hotel but now Salisbury Hotel, with the four lock-up shops under the hotel and with the Saloon and other buildings, now occupied by Henry Buckton Coates, and the 4 shops occupied by Messrs Stretton, Coates, Burgon Limited, and Swift.
Reservations as per Enfranchisement to Richard Ellis 19th July 1869, and Conveyance 15th April 1878 between Richard Ellis of the 1st, John Wallace Easson of the 2nd, Joseph Allison of the 3rd, and The Peoples Hotel Company Limited of the 4th., and Conveyance 4th November 1883 between Richard Ellis and the Company.
