To my granddaughter Mary £6 when she reaches 24, upon the condition than my daughter Mary continues to receive the rent for the land at Menwith Hill formerly occupied by Edward Cundall, deceased. Should my granddaughter contest this then she is to only receive 6s.

The residue of my goods and personal estate to my daughter Mary whom I appoint Executrix.
