To my eldest son, John Stubbs, all my real estate at Brumwaite
in the Parish of Silsdale, commonly called Cockholmes, containing
8a and buildings, now occupied by Jonas Clarkson. Also the sum of
£30. All chargeable with an annuity of 30s to my daughter
Elizabeth Theakston [Elizabeth Stubbs].
To my daughter Grace Stubbs, £75.
To my daughter, Mary Jackson [Mary
Stubbs], £35.
To my daughter, Anne Stubbs, £55.
To my daughter, Martha Stubbs, £55.
The residue of my personal estate, goods and chattels, to my
son Thomas Stubbs, whom I appoint Executor.
