To my daughter Jane Wright £30, and at the death of my wife to have the intake and cottage.

To my daughter Hannah Beckwith [Hannah Wright], the wife of Thomas Beckwith, and annuity of 25s, starting after the death of my wife. At her death £30 to be shared by her children.

To my son George my real estate and the residue of my goods and chattels, except for [named items to Jane], and appoint him Executor.
