Knaresborough, to my daughter Ellen Smelt [Ellen Sharpe].
To my wife, Martha Sharpe, the low parlour in
the house in which I live, also [named items], also an annuity of
£5.
To my daughter Ellen, £50 after the death of my
wife.
Residue of my freehold estate, goods, chattels
and personal estate, to my son William Sharpe, whom I appoint
Executor.
