To my elder son, William Walker, a parcel
of land, now occupied by William Rhodes.
To my youngest son, George Walker, the
land now occupied by me, three years after my death, chargeable
with £20 to his sister Jane Walker, and an annuity of 50s
to his mother, Jane Walker.
To my son William the parcel of land now
occupied by William Thorp, chargeable with £20 to his
sister Jane three years after my death, and an annuity of
50s to his mother.
I wish George to be apprenticed to his
brother William for three years.
I appoint my wife and my son William as
Executors.
