Knaresborough, Mason
To my son John Spence the house adjoining castle yard in
Knaresborough, now occupied by William Spence, with the garret
over the back building.
I give the house I now live in (except the above mentioned
garret) to my wife, Mary Spence, and at her death to my son
John
chargeable with £5 to each of my daughters : Ursula Spence,
Dorothy Spence, Ann Spence, Mary Spence and Ruth
Spence.
I give that part of the waste building now occupied by John
Reynard, to my wife Mary, to be sold to settle my debts.
I give that part of the waste building now occupied by Ann
Clay, to my daughter Ursula.
I give that part of the waste building now occupied by Seth
Cundall to my daughter Dorothy.
I give that part of the waste building now occupied by Henry
Atkinson to my daughter Ann.
I give the chamber in which Edward Liversedge lives in with the
garret over it to my daughter Mary.
I give the stable now occupied by me and adjoining Aaron
Manby,
with the chamber above, and the house on March Hill now occupied
by John Russell, to my daughter Ruth.
Residue of my personal estate to my wife Mary whom I appoint
Executrix.
