To my son William Cass, £1 1s.
To my son Richard Cass two ??? [looms ?].
To my daughter Jane Ross [Jane Cass], £1 1s.
To my two daughters, Elizabeth Cass and Ann Cass,
£60 due from my brother Joshua Hardisty, to be equally
shared. These to be paid after the death of my wife Jane Cass.
My son John Cass and my wife are to provide for my
daughter Elizabeth for three years after my death, paying
her an annuity of £2 for the three years, and to provide her with
clothes.
My wife is to provide for my daughter Ann for six years
after my death, paying her an annuity of £2 for the three years,
and to provide her with clothes.
Residue of my goods, chattels, and personal estate, to my wife
and my son John, whom I appoint Executors.
If John marries during the life of my wife, then
[??????????] and pay an annuity to his mother of £10, or £5 if
she remarries.
