To my daughter-in-law Ann Clark of York,
and her son that she had by my son Thomas Clark, 1s.
My house with the malt kiln, in Briggate,
Knaresborough, now occupied by Henry Cass, to my sons William
Clark and Richard Clark, for the remaining 999 years of
Lease.
To my wife Ellen Clark, £5.
To my two daughters, Ann Clark and Magdalen
Clark, £2 each.
My household goods to my wife, and at her
decease the same to my two daughters.
Residue of my goods, chattels and personal
estate to my two sons, William and Richard, whom I
appoint Executors.
