To my daughter Esther [?] Cundall, 2 cows, on
condition she pays 40s to my son Edward Cundall.
I have surrendered to John Day and his brother William
Day, an ancient building and 1 rood of land, In Trust, for the
use of my daughter and wife, Esther [?] Cundall.
On the death of my wife, my Trustees are to surrender the
property to my son Edward, and he is to pay £20 to his
sister.
To my grandson, Joseph Thompson, £5, five years after
my decease.
Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate to my wife,
whom I appoint Executrix.
I appoint John and William Day supervisors of my
Will.
