To my son, William Jackson, my house at Sulphur Wells,
my smithy and all working tools.
To my daughter Hannah C[?]rawley [Hannah
Jackson]1s.
To my wife Hannah Jackson my two closes and one barn
towards the upkeep of my four daughters, Rebecca Jackson, Ann
Jackson, Martha Jackson, and Mary Jackson. When my
youngest daughter, Mary, reaches 21, my wife is to pass
this real estate equally to my four daughters.
Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate, to my wife,
whom I appoint Executrix.
