To Alice Baxter, wife of Christopher Baxter of
Knaresborough, a house with a lead house, and one third of a
croft, at Holbeck in the Parish of Leeds, now occupied by Thomas
Hardisty.
At her death the same to John Baxter and Richard
Baxter, sons of Christopher and Alice.
I have by lease from Godfrey Lawson of Carlton, two
house, a barn, and several closes, at Wortley and Armley, with 15
years remaining on the Lease. My daughter, Alice Baxter, is
to have the profit from that real estate.
At her death my Executors are to receive the rents and profits,
In Trust, for my two grandchildren, John and Richard.
To William Guisley of Knaresborough, Gentleman, and Francis
Shepherd of Knaresborough, Gentleman, 5s each.
To Sarah Guisley, Alice Shepherd, Sarah Shepherd, John
Guisley, and ???? Dixon, 1s each to buy a pair of
gloves.
Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate to William
Guisley and Christopher Baxter, whom I appoint as
Executors.
