To my sons John Luty, Thomas Luty, and William Luty, £10 each two years after my death.

To my son Henry Luty, £10 when he reaches 21

To my daughter Dorothy Luty, £10 when she reaches 21. Also a bed, bed stocks and bedding.

I give £5 each to my sons if my wife remarries.

To my daughters Jane Luty, Ellin Luty, Luce Luty, and Mary Luty, £20 each when they reach 21.

Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate to my wife Ellin Luty, whom I appoint Executrix.
