On the death of my husband, I give to my brother-in-law, William Scaife, watchmaker, Kingstreet, London, my Copyhold estate at West End, Parish of Fewston, now occupied by William Cockson. This estate comprises a dwelling house, outbuildings, stable, and the four closes.

One year after the death of my husband, my brother William Scaife is to pay to four of my brother, John Scaife of Knaresborough, children, William Scaife, Margaret Scaife, Elizabeth Scaife, and John Scaife, £10 each.
