To my son Henry Simpson all my real estate at Oxon
Close, Parish of Ripon, now occupied by Joseph Smith and
[?] Inman. Should he die before inheriting then the same to
the surviving children.
To my daughters Frances Simpson, Jane Simpson, and Mary
Simpson, £200 each when reaching 21; each to receive the
interest yearly until they reaches that age. Should any die before
inheriting then the surviving sister to have her share.
To my son William Simpson my cottage and land at Birk
Cragg, Parish of Pannal, now occupied by Daniel Jackman and
James Jackman. Also the corn tithe at Felliscliffe, now
occupied by William Hutchinson.
Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate to my son William,
whom I appoint Executor.
