To my wife Ann Wilks my Copyhold property.
At her death, the same to my son William Wilks,
chargeable with £20 to my son Peter Wilks, £20 to my son Thomas
Wilks, £5 to my daughter Elizabeth Smith [Elizabeth
Wilks], and £5 to my granddaughter Elizabeth Smith.
To my wife a cow called Black Why and be allowed to pasture it
on my land.
Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate to my son Jonathan
Wilks whom I appoint Executor. He is to allow my wife the use
of a bed and bedding, and one chest.
