To my wife Lidey [sic - probably Lydia] Buckle,
my copyhold house, barn and two closes called Shutt Closes and one
close called Tom Stubing.
At her death the same to my two daughters.
To my eldest daughter Luce Buckle a close called Well
Close, with the barn, and one close called Half Close, in lieu of
the £20 left her by my uncle Thomas Bramley.
To my younger daughter Ellen Buckle the four closes
called Four Lands, Stripe, Stubing, and Tang Close.
My wife to use the rent and profits on the closes left to my
daughters for their maintenance and education until they reach 21,
or marry.
Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate to my wife,
whom I appoint Executrix.
