Knaresborough, Carpenter
To my wife, Alice Simpson, the house in which I now
live, also the house occupied by John Thoms, also the house
occupied by Richard Coates that I bought from William
Dodgson, also the piece of waste ground I bought from Mr
Coates on the pinfold hill. Also all my goods and chattels.
If my wife remarries then the same to my son George Simpson,
chargeable with £15 each to his sisters Alice Simpson and Hannah
Simpson when they reach 21.
