At her death my copyhold estate to my son Edward Brown, chargeable with and annuity of £1 10s to my younger daughter Sarah Brown. If she marries and then dies then £20 to go to her children.

To my daughter Ann Knowles [Ann Brown]£6.

To my grandchildren John Knowles and Mary Knowles, £1 each after the death of my wife.

Residue of my goods and chattels to my wife and my son Edward, and appoint then Executors.
