To my son Francis Yates all the money owed to me, in particular £50.

I have already passed my Copyhold land to my son Edward Yates chargeable with £100 to my Will :

To my son Francis £50 and the corn tithes on my land.

To my daughter Hannah Yates £150.

To my wife my pewter, linen and bedding.

To my son Edward the house at Dear Ing with all the land, and my cattlegates at Dacre Pasture, and land at the same place. Also all the residue of my goods and chattels, and appoint him Executor.
