My Copyhold houses and land in Knaresborough to my nephew Richard
Broadbelt.
To my son-in-law William Spence the burgage house in which I
now live, and at his death the same to his children William Spence,
Francis Spence, and Mary Spence.
To Mary Spence £5 when she is 21, also three pewter dishes
and three pewter plates.
To Anne Broadbelt, daughter of Thomas Broadbelt, £6
and the bed and bedding she now uses, three pewter dishes and three
pewter plates.
To Anne Broadbelt, daughter of Robert Broadbelt £6
and my other bed and bedding, along with three pewter dishes and three
pewter plates.
To my niece Mary Todd £7 along with three pewter dishes and
three pewter plates.
To my niece Jane Walker £7 along with three pewter dishes
and three pewter plates.
I appoint my nephew Richard Broadbelt Executor.

To my nephew John Broadbelt, son of my brother Robert
Broadbelt, £10. if he does not return then this sum to be divided
amongst the other legatees.
