To my son Peter my close called Calf Close which I have on Lease from the Duke of Somerset.

To my grandson Richard Addison the close called Cowskirr which is also on lease from the Duke.

To my grandson Richard Mountain £30 six years after my death.

To my granddaughter Marty Harland £30 six years after my death.

Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate to my wife Dorothy whom I appoint Executrix
