To my wife, whom I appoint as Executrix, my house in Swine Market,
Knaresborough.
At her death the same to my son Thomas Clark, chargeable
with £20 each to his brothers John Clark and Nicholas
Clark.
Should my wife die before my son reaches 21 then my house is to go
to my uncle, John Dunwell, and my brother [in-law ?] John
Outhwaite, In Trust for my son Thomas, they paying 20s to
each my sons John and Nicholas for their maintenance and
education.
If my son Thomas dies before reaching 21 then I give my
house to my son John, chargeable with £40 to his brother Nicholas.
