To my wife Mary Abbey the waste building with the two stables and other buildings, now occupied by William Hobson and Henry Dobby.

At her death the house in which I now live with the 2 stables, smithy, and garden, to my sons John Abbey and Thomas Abbey.

The two little houses adjoining, lately occupied by William Hobson and Henry Dobby, but now by John Luty and William Newton, I give to my daughter Mary Abbey after the death of my wife.

To my daughter Margaret Abbey 1s.

To my daughter Frances Abbey 2s.

Residue of my goods and chattels to my wife whom I appoint Executrix.
