Should either die before inheriting than their share to be equally shared by the survivor and my son Thomas Richardson.

To my wife Elizabeth Richardson an annuity of £5, chargeable to my Copyhold land.

After the death of my wife, my daughters Elizabeth and Sarah to have £10 each.

The residue of goods and chattels, and my Copyhold estate, to my son Thomas, whom I appoint Executor.
