South Stainley, Worsted Weaver
To my son Christopher Mankin, Cooper, all my real
estate in South Stainley, chargeable with an annuity of £1 10s to my
wife, Susannah Mankin. He is also give her half of the interest
on my personal estate, half of the fruit in my orchard and allow her
to live in my house, and all the firewood she requires. Should she
remarry then the above does not apply, except for the annuity which
she may keep.
My wife to act as Trustee until my son reaches 21.
