To my daughter Lydia Ingleson the house in which I now live
along with the turf house that adjoins the barn of William Taylor,
as long as she remains unmarried.
From the time of her marriage I give the same to my son Thomas
Ingleson.
The residue of my real estate to my children Thomas and Lydia
for them to sell and give my daughter Alice Walters one guinea.
Also to my son Thomas the bedstead I lent him, a cupboard,
an oak panel chair, and a long settle.
Residue of my personal estate to my daughter Lydia whom I
appoint Executrix.
