To my daughter Dorothy Wilks, £1,000. Also a further £400
six months after the death of my wife; to be paid by my son John
Wilks.
To my daughter Ann Wilks, £1,000. Also a further £200 six
months after the death of my wife; to be paid by my son John Wilks.
My son John to be placed out to a trade by my wife, to whom
I give the tuition and guardianship until he reaches 21. Should my
wife die before then, then the same to my brother-in-law Henry
Tennant.
To my wife, Ann Wilks, my house and an annuity of £50.
My copyhold property to my son John, chargeable as above.
Should he die before reaching 21 then the same to my daughters.
Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate to my wife and
so, and appoint then Executors.
