Birstwith, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Spinster

To my sister Isabel Hardisty my third share in an ancient building and some land called Great Close in Birstwith, after the death of my brother Thomas Hardisty, chargeable with £15 to Christopher Holmes the son of Francis Holmes of Denton.

Should Christopher die before receiving his legacy, then the same to Elizabeth Graham, wife of Christopher Graham, wheelwright.

I give a further £15 to Elizabeth on the death of my sister Isabel, chargeable to my personal estate.

Residue of my estate to my sister, whom I appoint Executrix.
