My copyhold houses in the manor of Leeds Kirkgate with Holbeck to
my nephew William Jowett, chargeable with an annuity of £4 to
my sister Elizabeth Bateson and to commence two years after my
death.
To my brother Thomas Haigh of Doncaster my three freehold
houses in Vicar Lane, Leeds.
To my brother Thomas and sister Elizabeth the money
they now owe me.
To my brother Robert Haigh and sister Mary Haigh my
leasehold house in Finkell Street, Knaresborough, chargeable with an
annuity of £5 to my brother Richard Haigh.
My brother Richard may charge the house in Knaresborough
with £100 in his Will to whoever he names.
To my sister Ann Lynn£20.
To my niece Mary Haigh, daughter of my brother George
Haigh, £30.
To my niece Mary Jowett, £30.
To my nephew Thomas Bateson and niece Elizabeth Bateson,
£20 each.
To my nephew Joshua Lynn, £30.
All legacies to my nephews and nieces to be paid within two years
of my death.
To my godson William Jackson, £1 1s.
To my servant Elizabeth Banks, 10s 6d.
Residue of my real and personal estate to my brother Robert
and sister Mary, and appoint them Executors.
