My copyhold house to my son Francis Smith.
To my wife Anne Smith the house and garth where we now live.
At her death the same to my son James, chargeable with £20
to my daughter Anne Morley, the wife of Joseph Morley,
and my daughter Mary Smith.
Residue of my real and personal estate to my wife Anne and
my son James, and appoint then Executors.
Witnesses : William Brunton, John Scaife, Charles Baynes
Codicil - 24th November 1751
Should my son James within the lifetime of my wife, then the
house is to go to my two daughters on the death of my wife.
