William Pullan - 3rd January 1751 - O032

The Holme, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Yeoman

To my daughter Jane Pullan the best pair of bedstocks, two sheets and a featherbed, a panel chest.

My ancient building and land of 3½a and 1pennyworth within the hamlet of Menwith with Darley to my friends Arthur Myers of Kettlesing and William Pullan of Menwith with Darley, On Trust to sell and to pay the following sums :

£40 to William Day of Menwith Hill, and William Scaife of Darley, whom I appoint supervisors of my Will.

My Trustees to pay to my three daughters, Ann Milner, Sarah Haxby, and Elizabeth Myers, £30 each, and the residue to my five daughters, Mary Pickard, Susanna Graham, Ann Milner, Sarah Haxby, and Elizabeth Myers, each of them paying an annuity of 10s to my wife Susanna Pullan.

My supervisors to pay to my daughter Jane Pullan the residue of the interest held by them, and any part of the principal sum as required. At her death the residue to be shared by my five daughters.

To my wife Susanna the cottage now occupied by Francis Bake, and the residue of my personal estate, and appoint her Executrix.
