The cottage in which I now live, with the two garths, to my
daughter Jane Gill, wife of Henry Gill, and my grandson Henry
Gill.
To my son Marmaduke Harper £1 1s, he having had sufficient
fortune before.
My Executors to use £5 on necessaries for my grandson Henry.
To my daughter Ursula Harper one cart and accessories. Also
a large chest and two chairs.
To my daughter Jane Harper a cow, a mare, two ewes, a
cupboard, bed and bedding, chest, pot, pan, warming pan, the corn and
hay.
To William Simpson of Felliscliffe, and John Ellis of
Killinghall, £5 towards my funeral expenses, and appoint them
Executors.
Residue of my personal estate to my daughter Ursula Bramley,
wife of William Bramley, and my son Robert Harper.
