My Copyhold property in Knaresborough to my wife Margaret Scaife, my son John Scaife, and daughters Margaret Scaife and Elizabeth Scaife, chargeable with an annuity of £10 to my son William Scaife.

Should my son William die before my wife, then this annuity to pass to her.

I owe my daughter Margaret £100. It is my wish that my wife settle this debt as soon as possible.

The residue of my estate to my wife, whom I appoint Executrix.
