To my son Joshua Smithson £10, to be paid to him by Joshua Smithson of Gill out of a legacy left to me by my grandfather Samuel Smithson; the money being in Trust until my son reaches 21.

My wife Ann Smithson is now pregnant. This child, or children, is to each receive £10 when they reach 21.

Residue of my real and personal estate to my wife Ann, whom I appoint Executrix.
