My Copyhold property to my wife Elizabeth Hardy, chargeable
with my debts and an annuity of £3 to my aunt Elizabeth Askwith
according to the Will of my uncle Thomas Askwith.
All my cottages and intacks to which I have title to my wife
At her death the house at Burnt Yates that was my Aunts to my son Samuel
Hardy, chargeable with £5 to William Burnet, son of my
daughter Elizabeth Burnet.
Also at her death the close called Lupton Garth, at Burnt Yates, to
my son James Hardy, chargeable with £10 to my son Joseph
Hardy should he return home within one year of her death. If not,
then James to pay Ann Burnet, daughter of Elizabeth,
£5.
To my daughter Jane Hardy the house and garth where I now
live at the death of my wife.
Residue of my goods and chattels to my wife, whom I appoint
Executrix.
