My house which I now live in, and barn, to my mother and at her death the same to Thomas Bradfield, son of my brother William Bradfield.

My half house and barn, with the land, at Birstwith, Township of Clint, to my brother William.

Residue of my goods and chattels, real and personal estate to my brother William, whom I appoint Executor.
