To my wife Ann Inman all the rents from my copyhold property
in Thornthwaite. Should she remarry then she is only to have an
annuity of £3.
To my daughter Ann Woodhead my Copyhold property at
Thornthwaite, chargeable with my legacies and annuity.
To my wife Ann an annuity of £3.
To my grandson William Wood £40 after the death of my wife.
To my grandson John Wood £20 after the death of my wife.
My goods, chattels and personal estate to my wife Ann whom I
appoint Executrix.
