As my sister Magdalen Keighley and my nephew John Keighley cohabit together, and are co-partners as linen weavers, I do bequeath all my stock in trade, goods and chattels to them. If they do not agree to carry on trade together, then the stock is to be divided between them.

To my nephew Robert Keighley my silver watch.

To my two nieces, Abigail Keighley and Rosamond Keighley, one guinea each.

Residue of my personal estate to my sister Magdalen Keighley and nephew John Keighley, and appoint the Executors.
