To my eldest son William Jeffrey my copyhold property at
Timble [long list of field names], chargeable with my legacies and
annuities.
To my wife, Faith Jeffrey, an annuity of £4.
To my daughter Mary Brotherton £10, after the death of my
father and wife.
To my daughter Anne Jeffrey £20. Payable : £10 after her
marriage, and £10 after the death of my father and wife.
To my daughter Faith Jeffrey £20. Payable : £10 after her
marriage, and £10 after the death of my father and wife.
My son William to take care of my three children, John
Jeffrey, Susannah Jeffrey, and Sarah Jeffrey, during their
minority, and to pay them £10 each when they reach 21.
To my daughters Susannah and Sarah, an extra £10
after the death of my father and wife.
To my son John an annuity of £3, to be paid by my son William,
once he reaches 21. Also a further £40 when he reaches 25.
Residue of my goods, chattels, and personal estate to my son William
and appoint him Executor.
