To my elder son, Peter Patrick, the house in which I now live with the attached land [fields named], chargeable with an annuity of £4 to my wife, Jane Patrick.

My younger son, John Patrick, to pay an annuity of £2 to my wife.

To my daughter Jane Buck, wife of John Buck, the east end of the old building, now occupied by Peter Patrick and George Fawcett.

Residue of my goods, chattels, &c., to my wife Jane, whom I appoint Executrix.
