I have mortgaged my cottage and three closes in Felliscliffe to William Simpson of Felliscliffe for £60. I now give that property to my wife Mary Hutchinson.

At the death of my wife, the same to my children, William Hutchinson, John Hutchinson, and Mary Hutchinson, chargeable with the mortgage.

Residue of my goods, chattels, and personal estate to my wife, whom I appoint Executrix.
