To my wife Ann Winterburn all my goods, chattels, and personal estate, and at her death the same to my son John Winterburn, chargeable with :

£1 to my daughter Ann Jeffrey.

£20 each to my daughters, Alice Winterburn, Martha Winterburn, Esther Winterburn, and Mary Winterburn, one year after the death of my wife.

I appoint my son John as Executor.
