My copyhold premises at Knaresborough, now occupied by John
Wright, John Wynne, Michael Calvert, Thomas Marshall, to my
granddaughter Eleanor Collins, chargeable with £40 to her
sister Elizabeth Collins when she reaches 21.
My other copyhold property at Knaresborough, now occupied by Ann
Whoaley and Sarah Ross, to my son-in-law, Rev Thomas
Collins, chargeable with £100 to his daughter Eleanor when
she reaches 21.
To my granddaughter Elizabeth £60 when she reaches 21.
Should she die before then, then the £60 and the £40 to be divided
between my two grandsons, William Collins and Thomas Collins.
To Sarah Ross of Knaresborough, spinster, and annuity of
£1, chargeable to the property devised to my granddaughter Eleanor,
and occupoied by John Wynne.
Residue of my real and personal estates to my son-in-law, Rev
Thomas Collins, whom I appoint Executor.
