Lindley, Parish of Otley, Husbandman
To my grandson Joseph Maud my Copyhold land in Pannal, now
occupied by William Marston, and the intack belonging to Pannal
Church which I have on Lease.
To my wife Elizabeth Maud an annuity of £5, chargeable to
my leased land.
To my daughter Judith Ellis, £20. Also the Freehold house
at Otley and the orchard and outhouse, now occupied by James
Farnill and James ?????.
To my granddaughter Mary Maud, daughter of my son Joseph,
£20, provided my daughter Mary, gives her the £10 which is
outstanding on a Bond of £100 which I gave my son Joseph at
his marriage.
To my daughter Judith [named items of linen and bedding].
Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate, along with my
farms at Otley on Lease with Francis Fawkes, my landlord, to George
Daud, my son-in-law, whom I appoint executor.
