My copyhold property to my nephew William Wardman and my sister Alice Wardman, whom I appoint Executors.

To my nephew John Wardman 1s.

Provided my sister does not sell her half of my copyhold property, then at her death it is to go to my nephew William.

All my goods and chattels to my sister Alice, and at her death the same to my nephew William.
