My house, shop, and the premises where I now live, and another
house adjoining, now occupied by James Webster, in the High
Street, Knaresborough, to my wife Ann West, whom I appoint
Executrix, chargeable with the £50 I have on bond.
At her death or remarriage :
My clothes and one guinea to my brother Robert West.
To my sisters Mary West and Jane West sons and my
niece Ellen Pawson, single legacies. To my nephews Richard
Room and James Bumstead, double legacies. To William
Bumstead and Ann Bumstead, my other nephew and niece,
triple legacies.
