To my daughter Alice Shepherd £1,200, also £20 to be paid
to her immediately after my death.
Also to my daughter Alice a further sum of £300.
To my son Richard Shepherd £500 (this is in addition to
what I have already given him). These last two amounts to be paid 6
months after the death of my wife.
I give £2,000 from my capital to my son Richard to be used
in joint stock and trade, along with my son Francis Shepherd,
for a period of five years.
I give an additional £40 to my son Richard immediately
after my death.
To my wife Mary Shepherd all my real estate in Low
Bishopside, currently occupied by John Leeming and John
Gambling. At her death the same to my son Francis. Also an
annuity to my wife of £20, chargeable to my burgage house in
Knaresborough, which is mow occupied by Berwick Clapham.
The residue of my estates to my son Francis, whom I appoint
Executor.
