To my daughter Sarah Blackbrough half of my household goods and furniture. Also £20 when my son Richard Blackbrough reaches 21.

To my friends Richard Cass and William Ellison, of Knaresborough, £20 Upon Trust to invest and pay interest to my daughter Sarah. Also the residue of my estate Upon Trust for the benefit of my son Richard. I appoint then Executors.

I purchased off James Young a piece of land in Briggate, Knaresborough. This land to go to my Executors Upon Trust, as before.
