My malt kiln in High Street Knaresborough, now occupied by Mr
Clark, along with the yards, stables and land, now in my
occupation, and my house in Knaresborough, now occupied by Robert
Hodgson, Edward Parker, and Daniel Neal, to my wife Rachael
Calvert, chargeable with the £100.
£150 to my son Michael Calvert, after the death of my wife.
My leasehold property to my son Richard Calvert, along with
my working tools.
Residue of my goods and chattels to my wife whom I appoint
Executrix.
